Description
The Harry C. Kelly Memorial Fund for U.S.-Japan Scientific Cooperation promotes better cooperation between the scientific and technical communities of Japan and the United States. This funding will enable Dr. He to collaborate with researchers at Nagoya University on ocean modeling. Strong western boundary currents flow along the east coasts of both the U.S. (the Gulf Stream) and Japan (the Kuroshio Current).
